Data Deletion Instructions

When a workspace connects Meta Lead Ads to PakkaLead, we store the Facebook Page you chose, the lead forms you picked, and the access tokens Meta issues so we can read leads from those forms. Each lead submitted on those forms is saved in your workspace’s CRM as a lead record. We do not read your posts, messages or friends, and we do not use this data for advertising.

1. Sign in to PakkaLead on the web as an Admin / Founder.
2. Open Lead Sources from the left menu.
3. Find the Facebook Lead Ads connection and click the delete (bin) button.

This unsubscribes your Page from PakkaLead at Meta and permanently erases the stored Page details and access tokens straight away. No further leads are fetched.

You can also revoke access from Facebook itself: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find PakkaLead, and click Remove. Our access tokens stop working the moment you do this.

Leads already imported are business records of your workspace and stay in the CRM until you delete them. You can delete individual leads in the app, or delete your whole account from Profile → Delete Account in the app. On account deletion we erase your account, profile, business records and chat messages within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

If you cannot sign in, or you submitted a Facebook lead form and want your details removed from a PakkaLead customer’s records, email support@pakkalead.inwith “Data deletion” in the subject line. Tell us the Facebook Page or the phone number or email involved. We confirm the request within 48 hours and complete it within 30 days.
