Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the HomeRun mobile and web applications, operated by TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, TODO_ADDRESS_LINE_1, TODO_ADDRESS_LINE_2, TODO_CITY, TODO_STATE TODO_PIN, India. By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HomeRun is subscription software that helps real estate brokers and agencies manage leads, follow-ups, site visits, deals and commissions, and exchange requirements and inventory with other users.

We are a software provider, not a real estate agent. We do not sell, lease, list or value property, we are not party to any transaction between you and your clients or between you and other users, and we earn no brokerage. Property details, prices, RERA numbers and commission splits inside the app are entered by users, and we do not verify them.

You need a valid Indian mobile number to register. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your number and device secure. One account is for one person; do not share credentials. You must be at least 18.

Paid plans are sold for a 30-day period at the price shown on our pricing page, in Indian Rupees, collected online through Razorpay. Access to paid features begins as soon as payment is confirmed.

Where you have enabled automatic payment, the plan renews at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel automatic payment or the plan itself from Profile → Subscription in the app. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may downgrade your account to the free tier after repeated failures.

We may change prices. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice before it applies to a renewal.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• upload data you have no right to use, or contact anyone in breach of applicable law or Do-Not-Disturb registration;
• post false, misleading or duplicate listings and requirements;
• harass other users, or scrape, resell or redistribute their contact details;
• attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the service, or bypass plan limits;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund where the breach is serious.

You own the business records you enter. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display that data to operate the service. When you publish to the marketplace you are choosing to show that post to other users. We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party failures and events outside our control may interrupt access. We are not liable for such interruptions, though we will restore service as promptly as we reasonably can.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost commissions or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at TODO_CITY, TODO_STATE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
